Competing at G.I.R.L.S. Gym

Submission Grappling/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:

All grapplers are encouraged to participate in grappling tournaments; the rules in place for these tournaments minimize the risk of injury, and the tournaments usually have divisions for all experience levels from brand new to very experienced.

Grappling competitors are expected to be in the gym a minimum of two(2) days per week.
